Hi everybody, I am here for some month but it's the first time I post on a topic.

Can you help me? I receive this message today about USCIS and I dont know what they mean.

Maybe someone has seen this before...

On May 24, 2013, we transferred this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

Thank you in advance for any help you can give.

Its now moved to another office to be processed. Not a big deal it happens.

They transferred your case to another office. Did they transfer to VSC or have you always been there? Do you know where they transferred to?

01/15/12 - Sent Aya a message on a dating site
03/10/12 - We became "exclusive"
03/15/12 - We told each other "I love you"
08/17/12 - 2 week trip to the Philippines to be with her
08/27/12 - I asked her to marry me (in Cebuano), she cried and said yes
09/02/12 - I came back to the USA

Started on the paperwork

09/22/12 - Mailed I-129F
09/25/12 - Saw on USPS that the package was delivered in Texas
09/28/12 - NOA1
10/08/12 - Received hard copy NOA1
12/19/12 - CFO Counseling Session (to get it out of the way)
04/27/13 - NOA2
05/06/13 - NVC Received and MNL # assigned
05/21/13 - Medical Exam Day
06/04/13 - Interview Day

One of two things are most likely IMO.

First, it could easily be a mix-up and your status just isn't true on the website. I've seen that happen before

Second, they may have decided to transfer some files out of vermont to help ease their caseload.

Personally until you receive a notice I'd lean more towards the first one, but if you don't get the notice in a week or so, I'd definitely call and find out where it's at and what's going on with your online case status.

We have the same email and change of status. I am confused what's going on. How I can understand in which office they transferred our case? And this is not good thing for us ... Two days ago they approved 4-12-12 petition and we are 6-12-12 .we were just in the line and they transferred it... OMG .. I can't take it anymore , what's wrong with these people? Playing games or what?

Can somebody help me understand where is our petition ? This will be big delay ...

We are DEC 6 also but there are lots of people in front of us with dec4 or dec5 so the random approval two days ago didn't mean anything. That they transferred lots of DEC/JAN cases is a big relief and is sth real GOOD and hey, we are early december which means maybe we can hope for a faster approval now. Think positive cause it has been the best that could ve happened today except for a NOA2 approval biggrin.png. I believe we are almost there. smile.png

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

I applied for the K-1 Visa and it was sent to Vermont Center on Jan 22 of 2013, However, 2 weeks ago they told us it was transferred to Texas for jurisdiction or something. We are almost at 180 days from the beginning of the process, does the whole 180 days start again after this transfer or can we expect a prompt reply in the next month? I'm from Argentina, my fiance is in West Virginia.

The 180 days doesnt start all over. You just have to wait until the adjudicator looks at your petition. It's a matter of time-- you just have to wait.
