If we are going to blindly guess, I put in a vote for failure to respond to RFE (perhaps OP didn't know he had a RFE and therefore did not respond).

You have a child followup as needed. Get married and reapply. I don't know what your proof was as you did not apparently meet the criteria, a child alone does not mean you get a visa. See what their letter states, see what the issues are and fix it.

In Arizona its hot hot hot.

God bless you guys. I wound't have the patience to try and beat the information out of someone after they've come and asked for help. If they can't take the time to write more than one sentence to repeated requests from more details...anyway, I guess that's what make this a great community.

They did not explain you the reason of the denial??? That's weird.

They always do provide a reason .. but after reading this post i have noticed that fsuinla is not much of help .. coz he is not answering the questions .. hence we are left guessing .. but am pretty sure they sent him a letter with an explanation

Seriously? I apologize i advance for sounding harsh, but the way you posted is very selfish. You NEED TO provide sufficient information in order for us to give you advice. What you just did is you freaked out a whole bunch of people who are waiting for their i-129 NOA2. This is a long process and stressful enough. Posts like this scare people and they think USCIS is something horrible.

Dear i-129f applicants, please don't stress out. USCIS NEVER denies for no reason. This person either has something wrong with his case (there may be millions of things), or this is a USCIS mistake. Either way, I am not going to give advice to a question formed in such a way.

I never even considered denial at the CSC stage to be a possibility. One more thing to worry about.

You've got to be heartsick. So sorry for you.

You can receive a denial or an RFE at any point during your immigration process. The only time it is no longer possible is when you obtain citizenship.

Look people not trying to stress anyone out and not trying to be selfish OK, I just received a denial email late last night and will receive my letter in the mail soon. I have no idea why I was denied. I did everything by the rules of filing a K-1, I never got a RFE. I don't have a criminal record, she does not have a criminal record. We had a lived together and I have flown back to see her within a year and a half. I gave my proof us meeting in person (2009) when I was living in Thailand all the way up til the time I left (Sept 2011). The only info I received since my NOA1 (Aug 28th 2012/CSC) was this denial email, nothing else. This is the best I can give for detailed information. Once I get the letter I will give you all an update. My info pass is scheduled for May 22nd. Thank you all for your help. And once again I will update with info once I receive my denial letter.

On behalf of this group, I apologize to you for the rude individuals here. They just didn't get the fact that all you have is an email of denial with no specifics for now. I hope whatever caused this is fixable. All the best to you both.
