I could have sworn yesterday csc average for i129f was 6.6 but now it's 7.7??? I haven't been checking at all recently but I think I saw that or am I crazy?

How is it possible when VSC has sped up so fast but csc doesn't move even though they say they r gonna start soon.

Come on :) am I missing something about that?

Also when did it get updated to feb 28 2013? Sorry it's been a while ...when I thought last month it didn't get updated ?

I filed 2 days after you did. Have you contacted your senator or congressman? I've been thinking about contacting mine but have a feeling they will just say "it hasn't been 5.567.5 months yet.

Just start writing letters and e-mails to the officials expressing your concern. Several people have already written and I believe CSC is starting to feel the pressure. Here is one person I e-mailed, it's "Ombudsman", which is apparently a place that you can e-mail for USCIS inquiries. You can find it on the USCIS website. Here is the e-mail OLUInquiries@dhs.gov . If we just keep e-mailing, writing, calling, maybe it'll put enough pressure on them to do us some justice. I'm desperate! :(

May 2010: Met Marcelo in Brazil.
August 2011: Revisited Marcelo in Brazil. Started dating =).
May 2012-August 2012: Another extended trip to Brazil to stay with Marcelo and his family.
October 25 2012: Sent I129F Petition.
October 31 2012: Received NOA1.
April 23, 2013: Received NOA2
June 11, 2013: K1 Visa Approved!!!!

Yeah, it's gone up, and that average is only going to rise more given that it's an average for the last 12 months. It's only that *low* because they had some good months at the start of the last 12.

This is really bad news, I mean, if the average was 5.5 months before and there are people who have been waiting for over 8 months, and now the average is 7.5 months that can only mean some people will wait a lot more than than.

It really sucks, I have only been waiting for over a month but I miss my fiance so much and I don't want to have to wait that long to be with him again.

Feb 22, 2013........ I-129F sent

March 01, 2013.....NOA1

June 12, 2013.......NOA2

July 02, 2013........NVC processed

July 22, 2013........Lab & medical

July 25, 2013........Interview: APPROVED!

Aug 16, 2013........POE: Miami
