Man who fathered 30 kids says he needs a break on child support

The only good thing about this is he will be paying child support until he dies and then the state will take his every last possesion. When it come to owed child support it doesn't vanish when the child hits 18 but it keeps building and accruing interest. By the time they are all 17 he will probably be a million or more in the whole and be paying until he dies.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

He won't pay child support until he dies, unless he offs himself. And the State will not take his very last possession.

Now, they may take his licenses (drivers, fishing, hunting and any professional one), take his Passport (a death kneel if he has an job that requires international travel - highly doubtful with this character), garnish any lottery winnings (up to 50%), any winnings or payments tied to his SSN (up to 50%) but he'll be fine.

I'd say he needs a break! A nice longgggg break from women. :bonk:

I agree and Women need to make a wide berth around him.

If he owes a certain amount per child then that amount builds up. They will take what they can get but the total may actually go up at after rather than down. That "bill" will hang over him until it is paid, acrueing interest and getting bigger. He is probably over 100k in arrears already and by that point the growing interest will outpace his payments. It will continue long after the children are adults and possibly after they are dead.

This will not be over quickly. You will not enjoy this.

If this guy were smart enough (sigh, man), he (and, in fact, the women) could sue one or more condom companies for alleged failure of their products, si men.

However, isn't a condom one of those endangered California birds of prey, huh man?

Madam, what did the Guy do wrong exactly?

Probably the same kind of Woman that marries convicted murderers that are on death row are the ones having unprotected sex with him.

Or the same kind of woman who has babies at 15-17 with their

boyfriends in the hopes that he'll stay with her forever and

ever.

You may not have noted but he's not actually paying child support, his pay is being garnished by the state to the extend possible. That happens when one doesn't meet one's obligations. But I know, to you, the good man is being responsible.

Your conclusion that he is not paying voluntarily based on his wages being garnished may not be accurate. Some states give the father no options, automatically demand wage with-holding from the employer. These women are beyond STUPID!! Why do they let themselves get knocked up by someone like this?
