Hello athena

im priority date Feb 6 and haven't received anything yet, im depressed that i would have to go back to NY without any response from USCIS, AS i has been waiting in my country for the approve for 4 months but i wont risk my green card, so that's why im returning back next week with just 4 months out of USA, without giving my spouse the good news of the i130 being approved.

i also contacted Vermont service center a few weeks ago but nothing has happen.

any ways i would keep you updated guys if anything happens.

Regards. !!!

VSC filers, any news? Could the February 2011 filers check if you have at least been touched? It would be nice to know whether VSC is working on F2A cases at all.

I think they vsc stopped working on f2a category, they are falling behind on k1 applications so we are not their top priority. They are going to approve all the k1 and cr1 first and when they catch up then work on f2a. 15 months of waiting today, pd june 13 2011.

Wow. No movement at all. That's very sad.

I wonder what will happen if PD becomes current before the I-130 from is approved by VSC. :(

09/09/2009 met and had been happily dating for almost a year when my husband (bf at that time) won in a green card lottery. By that time he divorced from his ex-wife, and I graduated from the university and had obligatory job placement in Belarus for 2 years on.
11/19/2010 got married. In about a month he left for the US and applied for family reunification.
03/24/2011 Priority Date
04/08/2013 NOA2

06/14/2013 Case Completed

VSC will start to approve and send out NOA2-s once you are 6 months away from your PD. You will see that all...

CSC moved this month after 6 months break...however they only moved 10 days :/

Anyway, an indication that slowly, but things started to get moving again. I was expecting that, as I suspected that they reallocated their resources until the end of the prior fiscal year and stopped processing I130s.

Now CSC is almost at 1 year processing time, a number we only saw before with VSC. ...negative records are broken.

NVC case number: 24 June 2013

17 Dec 2011: I-130 sent

21 Dec 2011: NOA1

16 May 2013: NOA2

24 Jun 2013: NVC case number received

25 Jun 2013: DS-3032 sent

27 Jun 2013: AOS bill received and paid

xx Jul 2013: AOS package sent

09 Jul 2013: DS-3032 accepted

11 Jul 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 Jul 2013: IV package sent

11 Oct 2013: Case completed

28 Oct 2013: Interview appointment received

17 Dec 2013: F2A visa interview

Thanks for the update. I kind of expected this since we hadn't seen any approvals or even touches during the past months. I really feel sorry for those who filed at the end of January 2011 and are about six months from being current and still haven't received their NOA2 yet.

8 August 2011: Priority date
16 April 2013: NOA2

NVC:

7 May 2013: Case number received, DS-3032 sent

15 May 2013: AOS bill received and paid

16 May 2013: AOS package sent

17 May 2013: DS-3032 accepted

20 May 2013: IV bill received and paid

21 May 2013: IV package sent

11 June 2013: response to IV checklist sent

13 June 2013: Case upgraded to CR1

2 July 2013: Case completed

28 August 2013: Interview - approved!

21 September 2013: POE

18 November 2013: Green card received

My husband's citizenship journey:

8 February 2013: N-400 sent
4 March 2013: Biometrics
