my PD is oct '11... I still havent received the NOA2 as well... Vermont service center's processing time is between 14 to 15 months.. unlike the other service centers that only take more or less 5months...

so i think ill just have to be patient, and hope to receive noa2 this december or early january next year..

and i hope the wait will be worth it... (regarding the decision on our petition)

It looks like VSC has moved at least until 14 February 2011 (see http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/376566-q-about-i-130/). Has anyone with a PD later than that been approved?

I am so happy that VSC has finally taken the F2A box from their shelves and starting working on our cases. Hope they keep up the good work!

USCIS updated the processing times today. VSC has moved to 23 January 2011, but the data is from 31 May.

Anyone been approved lately? Sorry to keep asking, but since USCIS' data is always two months old, direct information from VJ members is much more relevant than the official processing dates!

I keep my fingers crossed that we'll see more approvals within the coming weeks, can't wait for them to start working on August 2011 :)

probably both of u can call NVC to ask whether ur Case already touched in NVC or not yet.

coz some1 who has PD on Feb14 already get approved.

here's the link. http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/376566-q-about-i-130/

both of u can learn from their experience that VSC might approved ur petition and directly send it to NVC without sending NOA2 to u.

Gudluck and keep us update.
