I spent alot of time and money on this K-1 process and I'm very dissapointed. I have done what ever they requested and still got turn down. I'm done with this and started to date someone else in USA without the approval of goddamn the INS.

What you are saying doesn't make sense. I can see your frustration but the denial of the visa shouldn't make you to change your mind on your loved one. Denial the visa is not the end. There are ways to change the situation. To give you an advice, make your Senators to involve in the situation. You have to act fast before the embassy return the petition to the USCIS.

Good luck

If you could just date someone else so easily and quickly, then maybe it is best the K-1 was denied.
