BETRAYED-NEED ADVICE TO CANCEL AOS

I was reading this thread and I thought to myself, I wonder when jrmejia is going to make a ridiculous post about forgiving this guy. And then sure enough, jrmejia made that post. It's like aritual to him even when the person is surely scamming the other. I think he just posts for attention and hijack's the thread. But also I believe he may do this because he himself has a Scammer who he has said many things about here on VJ. By making these types of posts to forgive, somehow justifies the way he forgives his own Scammer. Anyone who has been on VisaJourney for awhile knows his patterns.

The only reason he (Jrmejia) posts is because he wants people to react and start these petty fights. He's a troll. If you ignore his ridiculous posts, he will eventually go find another forum to harass like all trolls do. He has nothing to offer anybody here and he won't stick around if he can't get people riled up.

Next time you see one of his posts, ignore it. Pretend it doesn't exist. This will drive him crazy. He will post some more until somebody bites. And then he'll hijack a serious thread for his own agenda. There's nothing worse you can do to a troll than ignore him.

i am very sorry, but i guess it's better than finding out when he already have a GC.

And before they decided to start a family. OP at least you can end the relationship and not be tied to this jerk forever.

Ok...To the OP, I'm sorry this happened to you, I can't even imagine how painful it is. But you're a smart woman, and found out everything.. Listen, I can't give you any advice about what to do with your Affidavit of Support - others members did a very good job - but about your heart...

The only thing you can do now is get yourself together, and instead of thinking with your hurted heart, think with your wise brain. No one here can tell you how and when you'll recover from this sad moment, but I'm sure you will heal the scars in your heart and move on and be very happy in the future. What he did, geez... I wouldn't have the guts to just ''ask him'', I'd go crazy really.. but that's how I am, I can't stand people lying to me, virtually cheating? How low is that? But now, even if it seems impossible, BE STRONG.

I would get the locks changed on the door as well. people can do strange things when desperate. Kick the bum out and move on.

I think you should wait before doing anything. A cool down period is the best in this cases. Believe me, I have been through hell with a divorce I didn't even want in the first place. I know you feel betrayed but obviously you love this man otherwise you wouldn't have married him. If in a month you still want to withdraw the AOS it's your decision but be aware of all the consequences for him.

Be aware of all the consequences for him??? Dude, she's the victim here. Screw him...he betrayed her and that trust is gone. She needs to do what is best for her because I certinaly wouldn't be supporting someone for 10 years if he did that to me.

I'm very sorry this has happened to you, and I think you need to take care of and protect yourself. He made his own bed now let him lie in it.

I'm also a little bothered that he is taking videos of your house, dog, and neighborhood. What is that all about? Why does she want them? Are you sure she is in his country?

You should change all the locks in your house and "don't" meet alone with him "or his sister" if she contacts you for any reason. There is some good advice here from knowledgeable people. I wish you the best of luck and take care.....

AFTER TRANSLATING ADDITONAL EMAIL IT HAS BEEN DISCOVERED THAT HE WAS PLANNING TO WORK, SAVE MONEY AND FLY BACK AND HE WAS SO EXCITED ABOUT MEETING HER AND THE CHILD IN THE AIRPORT. NOT TO MENTION HE HAS ANOTHER CHILD A LOT OLDER I KNEW ABOUT AND WAS SENDING MONEY TO THE CHILDS MOTHER WHILE HIS PAPERS WERE PENDING. THERE IS ALSO AN EMAIL WHERE HE CALLED ME DEROGATORY NAMES AND SAID HOW I ALSMOST CAUGHT HIM ONLINE TALKING TO HER BECAUSE I CAME HOME EARLY FROM WORK, BUT HOW HE IS SMART AND DELETES ALL THE EVIDENCE. I ALSO FOUND VIDEOS HE MADE OF MY HOUSE, DOG, AND NEIGHBORHOOD, ALL WHILE TELLING HER HOW MUCH HE LOVES HER AND BLOWING KISSES. HE IS LYING, HE HAS BEEN, AND HE WILL NEVER GET THE CHANCE TO LIE TO ME AGAIN.

I am sorry that this happened to you. He's already proven his devious. You don't really know what he's capable of. I suggest you withdraw the AOS and contact ICE immediately.
