Isn't 'invasion of privacy' a state law, usually? Each state has it, so it seems 'uniform' in the name, but different punishments across each state. Yes? No ?

Fultz demonstrates a love of violence against women that makes it all too clear that his billboard antics were meant with the deepest of malice. His ex was lucky to be rid of him, and frankly it's all the better that any potential child of his remains unborn. Who knows what other types of violence Greg Fultz is a fan of?

Putting up a billboard (at no small expense) to advertise your dirty laundry with your ex isn't exactly something you'd do if you had sound emotional judgement.
