There is nothing you can do but wait if you are calling USCIS and not happy with response then ask to speak to someone higher. Other than that you wait like we all did. Sorry to say and I know it is frustrating trust me. But it wont be long now surely.

I agree with baron555's first option. If your case is beyond the normal processing time, write your representative or senator. You will need to complete a privacy release form, which can be downloaded from their respective websites. This form authorizes their liaisons to inquire your case's status on your behalf.

I hope you will be successful using congressional assistance. Good luck and keep us posted!

Valid options here. Frustrating as they may be. Since you're frustrated with the time I'm sure you dont want to choose Option #3. So, I say go with one or two. Well, I guess in all actuality if you don't withdraw then Option #2 in inevitible. So, the winner is Option #1!

It is time to contact your Rep and Senator for assistance, but be warned, depending on what state you live in, they may or may not give you any help. I contacted one of my Senators (Tom Coburn) and his response was basically that he is more concerned with keeping people from coming here than in helping us to bring our spouses here.
