Well, if you are the type of person that has high morals please stop reading this. I only ask advice to those who would do what i am doing.

Here is the thing. I got married with a gold digger and brought her and her 12 year old to this country. This girl is psycho and very unstable. She accuses me of cheating and doesn't allow me to watch TV or gets pissed if a girl is on a bikini or is attractive. I have noticed after she does that she threatens to leave to her cousins home in another state, which she hasn't talked to in years.

I had the opportunity of dumping her in her country before when things got bad, but decided to keep trying but now i am tired. I know this is like returning a bad product and that it is non-human of me to think this, but i feel like i should take her to her country and leaven her there.

My plan is to plan a vacation and do something bad over there so she can leave me and i will take away her resident card and her sons and call her a gold digger. She gets insulted by that and if i know her she will tell me to screw myself and the green card. Is it easy for her to get another green card and my stepson's green card also expires in two years which is early next year. Doe she also have to remove conditions?

I need advice on the best way to take my wife back to her country and keep her from knowing the legal system, or getting another green card to get back. I am going to lie my teeth out and tell her all sots of things like i can remove her green card when i want, and that she will only get deported if she tries to get back in.

i have bought the tickets and want to do this asap before she contacts her cousin and finds a way to stay here. If those who get on her side, if she loved me she would not try to leave for every stupid excuse she makes up.

Sounds like you're F#@%ed dude. I would keep it legal if I were you. Also, it isn't the kids fault. Think about him when you try to screw his mother.

Your plan and tone sounds really familiar. Had you not already posted a thread a while back asking for advice on how to "dump" your wife in her home country?

Why not just get a divorce instead of your "plan?"

If she loses her green card she can simply apply for a replacement. So your plan has some holes in it.

Yeap, it was you. So, you have been asking advice about this since November, 2010. Why don't you just divorce her and move on like the rest of the world?

First of all: Taking her greencard is considered as federal offense.

If she has the conditional Green card she has to file for removal of condition. Even if you get a divorce she can file on her own.

There isn't much you can do.

there's no way from preventing her to attempt to get another card. she does not need you to get the green card at this point. having said that, the best way to keep her away is to make her not to want to come back. if that doesn't work, make it monitarily difficult for her to return. you can't buy a plane tikcet if you don't have the money.

but seriously, if i were you, get a divorce and let her do whatever what she wants to do. you should not even care where she goes or what she does. protect youself legally and let her go. why waste money on a fancy trip. she has a green card, so what? she's out of your life, that what you want.

Karma.... just read the other day someone in a foreign country was found in the jungle... hmmm... maybe you don't want to be on her turf when you dump her if she is that unstable...

I will be looking forward to watching this on an episode of snapped some day in the near future :pop:

If she's as conniving as you say she is, she'd be able to figure out the ROC process herself and just go back to the States. Even if she has the green card and stays in the US, big deal, she'll be a single mom w/ no job, no income, no assets and probably no home, and she wont even be able to get welfare/social security benefits since she isn't a USC....I feel like that's punishment enough. Personally I wouldn't go through all the effort of flying to Brazil to "lie my teeth out" to her. Just protect your assets and tell her you're through. Done.

Keep in mind that if you do "something bad" while you are still married like commit adultery, she can use that against you in the divorce proceedings and you could be even more screwed. Divorce her now, then let her be. And delete this post, it could come back to bite you if she finds out about it and uses it as evidence or something. I don't know, at this point, there is no "sending her back" so just get her out of your life and move on.

My Journey:

We met through a study-abroad program in Shanghai, China in August of 2009

We got engaged March of 2010

I received my K1 VISA in 6 months (June-December 2010)

We were married 04/02/2011
I received my conditional 2-year greencard (AOS) in 2.5 months with no interview (April-June 2011)

Our son was born 02/03/2013

I received my masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology 04/17/2013

I received my 10-year greencard (ROC) in 3 months with no interview (March-June 2013)

My husband returned from deployment 06/20/2013

My naturalization journey took 4 months (April-August 2014)

I became a US citizen on 08/01/2014

Received passport in 3 weeks (regular processing)

Thank you, VJ! smile.png
