Well, I have been married for almost two years and I have concluded that this will go nowhere. I have been taking therapy with my wife, because she is extremely unsecured and jealous. If i watch a commercial and an attractive girl pops up my wife go crazy and accuses me of everything. I cannot even go to work if there is a girl working there, because she thinks i am cheating on her. She was cheated many times and left with one kid, who I also brought to this country. This has been going on for a while now. I thought my love for her would help her overcome it, but she is very ignorant and stubborn and she is the normal one and not everyone else. I have the biggest fights with her over the smallest things and it is affecting my health, job, and other things.

It has not been two years yet since she entered the country so no conditions have been removed. What options do i have? I know this sounds mean, but I do not want her in this country because i know it would not work out for other reasons. I was thinking of taking a trip to her country and get into a fight and leave her instead of making up, which I am the only who tries every time. Then get a divorce there and take all documents with me. Is there a way I can get her green card voided? by telling the I will not remove the conditions? how does this work? help please.

Divorce is always an option, but why do you want to have her removed from the US? If no fraud was involved, then why be so vindictive? Abandoning her to her home country will not release you from your marital obligations.

so whats the point of em removing conditions, i she can do it on her own even if the relationship doe snot work out before the years.

The point is that people get married and the reality is that many marriages do not work out. Yet, would it be fair to uproot these faily new migrants from their lives here even if their marriages failed? No. She still would need to follow-up on the process and she would need to prove that your marriage was bona fide. But if fraud was not committed, why wouldn't she be allowed to stay if she followed the law?

Your wishes to abandon her and for her not to remove conditions successfully are as petty as her tirades on you. I would recommend just divorcing her and let her remove conditions on her own.

Why does it matter to you if she's "removed from the country"?

She's allowed to stay if she likes, since she married you in good faith. And quite frankly, why shouldn't she be allowed to; she gave up everything in her home country to be with you. You BOTH entered this marriage, so why should SHE be punished and leave your life the way it was? Take some responsibility.

Wow! Such a narrow minded reply!

How is it narrow minded?

Two adults entered into the marriage, and when it didn't work out, one of them is wanting the other one to 'go back to her country' for apparently no reason.

I understand that you have given up on your marriage for reason you outlined, so a divorce maybe indeed the way for you to proceed. I'm not sure, however, why you would want to make this an immigration issue.

Common sense and experience tells us that the easiest way out is to pave the way for an easy divorce. Tell your wife that you do not wish to continue to stay in this marriage, find an apartment for her, and be nice enough a man and husband to make this transition into a single life for you and her as easy and smooth as possible.

If you start a fight over immigration, you may get caught up in a spousal abuse case, for really no good reason. Have an uncontested divorce, and move on with your life, while allowing your wife to go on with hers.

I Agree with Just Bob! Move on with your life and be decent enough to give her a chance to move on with hers. There has to be a motive behind getting her deported, besides what you have disclosed.

Great post by Bob.

Divorce is no fun. But it is survivable. Best to end the marriage and move on.

if the listed above are already affected then the relationship is not healthy anymore...

bob is correct, the problem with ur wife is that she is very jealous, but she didnt cheated on u, or what?... if ur not happy and u think both, that u were no longer to work out the relationship, just divorce her and let her move on with her life likewise with u... good luck...
