Yes i tried from differnt computer too, even my wife tried aswell but she was getting same error, i guess i have to wait, till tomorrow, one more question is, should i send orginal civil documents along with orginal police report and birth certificate, or i should copies of them what is best.

Then it must be something with your case if you tried all that. Wait till Monday, and if it's still not working, like I said before, call an operator up.

Yes, you have to send either the original or certified copies of civil documents, plus you have to send a photocopy of each one as well. At the interview, you'll get your original/certified copies back and then they'll have a photocopy for their records.

I was shipped on Feb 16th and I just got my case number Friday...you will get it either tomorrow or tuesday no doubt.

7/2/10- NOA1

2/9/11- NOA2 (transferred to Texas)

NVC

2/28/11- case number received

3/2/11- Paid AOS bill

3/5/11- Paid IV bill

3/12/11- expedite to Bogota consulate approved!!!

3/14/11- left NVC to Bogota for further processing

3/17/11- received by Bogota, emailed consulate and was told to send DS-230 and DS-2100 (packet 3)

3/18/11- packet 3 emailed to Bogota consulate, email confirmation on March 23

3/31/11- Interview date! Approved!!!!!!

my wac number said "we have approved this I-130" feb 10/2011 (send jun 10- CSC - USCIS - TSC - CSC feb ) ... today they say is back to the TSC... why???

I got that tonight as well. My case status is back to "Initial Review" and it said that I was transferred to TSC on February 10, which was the day before I was approved at CSC. It's complete nonsense, and I think we can safely ignore it.

USCIS – 171 days
08.03.2010: Sent I-130 (Received at Chicago Lockbox on 08.05.2010 – Priority Date)
08.24.2010: NOA1 – Notice Date (Case transferred from CSC to TSC on 11.02.2010 and back to CSC on 02.07.2011)
02.11.2011: NOA2 – Approved! (hard copy received on 02.17.2011)

NVC – 46 days
02.26.2011: Got NVC case number from AVR (entered on 02.24.2011)
02.28.2011: Called operator to give email addresses and get IIN; emailed beneficiary's change of address and DS-3032; received instruction emails from NVC; AOS fee bill invoiced and paid
03.01.2011: AOS fee shown as "paid"
03.03.2011: DS-3032 accepted; beneficiary's address updated by NVC; IV fee bill invoiced and paid
03.07.2011: IV fee shown as "paid"; AOS and IV packets sent out together via USPS Priority Mail (delivered on 03.09.2011)
03.22.2011: AVR and operator tells us we will receive an RFE

i wanted to know if my case was in the system yet... since it was sent out on Feb 17th to NVC...(According to Mr. Badger)

what the rep told me was that "they just received the case and u will hear from us in about 4-6 weeks...."

Is this Normal did anyone get the same answer...

I hope this is not true... this sucks...

We have been approved on 17 at CSC but we do not have yet NVC case number. Maybe this week we will have it. Last week when we have called they told us to give them one more week.
