Finally some movement on our case. It is a RFE but atleast I know they didn't forget about our case, or worse, lose it. Now on to waiting for it in the mail. I'm pretty sure it's for 2010 taxes and a certification that the translator for my husband's birth certificate is fluent in spanish.

AP is stuck in Post Decision Activity stage. Does it never go to Card/Document Production stage like EAD?

Yeah I don't think we'll see any updates online about my husband's status until the biometrics are done with. I think my husband is the last person out of everyone in this thread to have his biometrics appointment. But we're hoping his EAD card will be made soon after that. 10 more days till we drive to Portland, 11 more days to go to the biometrics appointment... I really hope we don't have a AOS interview, the drive to the USICIS office is so far. Although I don't mind so much going to Portland, I do like Portland and we kind of made a little trip out going to his biometrics appointment, we are driving to Portland on Sunday night and staying at a motel, and then the next morning we go to his biometrics appointment and then we'll go Washington Park after that, then drive back home in the evening. But yeah, I still hope we don't have an AOS interview, but I think everyone hopes for that. :P

Post Decision Activity

We reopened this I765 APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION on March 9, 2011, and are now reviewing our earlier decision. We also mailed you a notice describing the next steps in the process. Please follow any instructions on this notice. Our review should be completed within 30 days. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you.

This is what i got today & wondered if anyone had a simular notice to this?

I just looked back at ours, and it didn't change to that, hopefully it is nothing to worry about.
