I submitted 6 months of pay stubs, a letter from my employer and three years of tax returns, 07, 08, 09.

Oh yes, I forgot to mention I also included the last six months of pay stubs. We'll see what happens...

I am sorry to read this "xuicai." I thought it was going smoothly until I received the Biometrics appointment for 24 or 25 days away. I am wondering if the San Jose office is swamped with applications. I expected about 14 days.

Good luck

Well...we received an RFE today.....but its not my husbands name in the letter. They apparently sent us someone elses RFE. I had to call the 800 number and they just put in a service request for the typo. Talk about a headache.

That is absolutely incredible. First you have the panic of thinking you got an RFE and then it turns out to be someone else's RFE. I feel sorry for the other couple they will be delayed because their RFE was mis-routed.

Good luck to all

It just seems wrong to REQUIRE the 2010 taxes considering we don't actually have to file them until April 15, 2010. Hoping we don't get the same RFE, since I can't do my taxes until after I return from the BVI's to get my British Letter from the accountant (the form of W-2's) which won't be until the end of February.

Good luck with finishing up the RFE and wishing the rest of us not to get one! Heading to the Bio appointment tomorrow morning, woohoo

I think it is not required, but it might help your case. I read about it in the instruction, but too lazy to submit it since it is NOT required.

Sorry, newbie question. Is there a page or place that lists all the processes for complete integration into the US, along with all the time-lines (overlapping or not)? My main concern is filing all docs as quickly as possible. I don't want to find out after the fact that certain forms could have been submitted earlier. I suspect at the moment that i need to get married before any more forms can be dealt with here in the US. Thx!
