Hey peeps without patience, NOA2 are talking 160+ days. So hold on to your horses if you're just crossed 145 days mark.

Set your expectation low, so you won't be disappointed ever. That's an advice good for rest of your life. You are can only be plesantly suprised if you're an eternal pessimist.

anyone calling USCIS ?

suggest you talk with ISO, today-ish -

see http://www.dhs.gov/xabout/structure/gc_1221837986181.shtm#5

I know it'll make you feel better, and

you'll have this big chance to speak with a trained professional, not a shaved monkey.

No No, I'm not being rude -

it's useful, at least once,

to talk to an ISO, ask pointed questions about case status, always.

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

My wife called yesterday and they were totally rude to her, telling her not to call back and that they would notify us of a decision by email, regular mail or a phone call..I take it this was a Tier 1 person..she was a total ######. Last week when she called they told us to wait 5 days and if they hadn't hear from us to call them back, which we tried. The lady yesterday said, well that was a mistake..dont call us, we'll call you.

is that typical of Tier 1 people? And should she try to call back today or monday?

Some Tier1 are like this. Don't give up, try on Monday. Another one would be good!

So she's still got time to call now then...that was yesterday morning...I figured we'd leave it alone by the Tier 2 told us to call back if it was after 5 days. So that's what we're gonna do..and to think our filing fee's pay these people's wages and they're dicks to us.
