Well, if you got more documentation, I would just say that circumstances have 'worsened'..instead of saying the situation is the same..and then submit you're extra or 'new' documentation if they allow it. As my wife was told the other day..they have up to 14 days to give you some sort of response...either that they will proceed with the expedite or deny it. Plus they're snowed under right now, I'm sure. For example, in your case..you submitted medical emergency..if they deny it..i'd call back or have your wife call back and say, hey..now we can't keep up with the medical bills as well and we can't afford anyone to help care for us..therefore we need Richi..you just have to add different layers..well, that's how I'd approach it..from being sick, to then..here are the financial hardships associated with the illnesses.

They never help us... so, by that i wrote to them an email and without response they fix it in 2 days... :):star:

http://www.visajourney.com/forums/topic/281267-contact-ur-office-center/

My wife called yesterday and they were totally rude to her, telling her not to call back and that they would notify us of a decision by email, regular mail or a phone call..I take it this was a Tier 1 person..she was a total ######. Last week when she called they told us to wait 5 days and if they hadn't hear from us to call them back, which we tried. The lady yesterday said, well that was a mistake..dont call us, we'll call you.

is that typical of Tier 1 people? And should she try to call back today or monday?

They never help us... I received the I-797c from both petitions (i-130 & I-129f K3), but after i opened an account in the website USCIS just the receipt of the I-129f was registered bcz the receipt of I-130 specified that doesnt exist. :S I was worried and i called to the line. The operator just told me that she was looking the case in her pc, but cant help for fix the detail that i cant checking it online de I-130. She told me that cant give to me info about the case and the only thing i could do was wait between 5 to 6 months.

So, by that i wrote directly to the office who is attending our case by email and they fixed the little problem after 2 days... :):star:
