I have a question: when the AVR says "...is awaiting the return of the biographic forms by the petitioner". Does it mean they already got the Aos stuff and are now just waiting for the DS-230?

I'm trying to predict how long it takes them to bring stuff from the mail "upstairs". Guessing about a week but not sure.

No way to know for certain, unless you call and talk to an operator.

Wow Totosan! I hope your child's app gets approved soon and that your forms are easily filled out.

msd- Good luck! They usually take a week or so. Hopefully not much later so that you can make it for August interviews.
