He came here, we met in the airport with my parents (I was only 16 at the time). My parents said if some old scary man came off the plane we could just walk away and he would never know :P

We met at Pittsburgh Airport. I stood behind a pillar n poked my head around it trying to find him in about 20 people lined up against a wall.

10 year Green Card received, Next step is citizenship urgh!

We met in the lobby of th Holiday Inn in Sault Ste. Marie Canada, then proceeded to go on our first 'date' in Sault Ste. Marie USA to a Warrant/Firehouse/LS Guns Concert. It was an international relationship & an international first date :)

We met in beautiful Co. Durham, England.

I was on vacation there visiting my family, and he was on vacation from Holland :D

I love Durham, for anyone that is considering a holiday in the UK-don't over look the NorthEast. It's not too touristy and the historic sites and scenery are breath taking .....In fact one day we are hoping to buy a cottage in Durham.

We met in his hometown of Mokpo, Korea. I was teaching English there and he was my taxi driver and I forgot to pay him his fare. Luckily I was able to contact him about it and we started dating 2 days later.

Met at the airport in Cagayan de Oro, Philippines. She was surprized I actually showed up, and I only came there to meet just her. She had heard so many bad stories about guys coming to meet several women, bailing out, not showing up, etc. She was worried I wouldn't like her in person (not a problem). The rest is all good. :blush:

I was sitting in her seat in a seedy bar in Reykjavík at The Iceland Airwaves Music Festival. I gave her seat back to her.

We met over 12 years ago in her home coutry ( Japan) I was in Fukuoka teaching English and the moment I saw her my legs gave way. I left japan in 1996 and we kept in touch the entire time through letters we were nly friends then.

in 2002 she came to california to study at UCLA we reunited and started dating.

She returned home for a brief holiday in 2004 I suprised her by flying there and proposed to her at AOSHIMA Island we married in 2004

We now have a beautiful Daughter ( 17 months)
