Yule, this is still false RFE right?

Taty, yay! Good thing you already sent it off.

Yep! You know I was thinking what if I never found this board and followed what the attorney told me to do, we would be held back so long! Just the though of that makes me crazy! I am truly blessed to have found this board and you all!!! Thank you to all of you!

Afternoon, everyone. How're things?

Just got back from the bank. Went to notarize some things. Funny and frustrating at the same time. I was trying to get a bunch of affidavits notarized -- I wanted them to watch me sign and then sign and stamp that it really was me who signed. That's all! That's exactly what a notary does! But because four of the affidavits were me swearing that I was the one who copied my passports in whole from the original books, the banker had a tizzy. He started telling me about how in our state they don't notarize copies of documents and that a passport is a document. Yeah... Thanks... I know this. I took the same course you did on it; I just can't notarize my own signature. So I tried to show him that Hey... Look... It's not the copies you're notarizing. It's my signature on the affidavit stapled to the copies. Totally different documents -- Document one: Copy of passport. Document two: Affidavit. Forget about document one, please!

In the end, the branch manager came to explain what's up. She has notarized documents for me throughout this entire process and is super sweet. So Mr. Banker notarized my affidavits. We both walked away happy. I was happy to have everything completely done and ready to send to Husby, and I'm sure he was happy to see me walk out of his office.

So that's the end of my day. Tomorrow is a holiday here. I'm hoping for good news on Good Friday. Although, Good Friday really wasn't very good at all, now was it?

Good luck, everyone!!!

About the DHL tracking, it's one of the most misleading tool you can find. In my case, I just got lucky in guessing that the only package shipped was mine. Others weren't so lucky and ended up tracking someone else's package - get excited, become paranoid, gain false sense of security -- for no reason.

Tharnsur, on the flight situation, people that fly 5-7 days notice are liesure passengers. They are the type of people that bid on priceline.com for last minute tickets for half price. When your wife exits her interview at the embassy, about ten guys on the street will come up to her with flyers for cheap tickets. I'm not sure how cheap they are last I checked they were 900 for one way to the U.S.

I'm looking for a cheap one way into the U.S. for both of us. Then, we will buy a two way from the states so we can earn flying miles on Delta airlines. If we buy a two way from Cambodia, we don't earn qualifying miles. Since we married, I've used up about 200,000 miles on free flights so our account is now ZERO.

**** filed K3/CR1 concurrently. My wife and I both work/live overseas. The following timeline continues from the approval of the K3 VISA.

Guys if you havent received your IRS transcript through the mail. Go to a regional IRS office(Federal) and fill up an application. They will print it out for you right away. All you have to do is pay per sheet probaly like 20cents or so. This is one of the option. An other sourse is call the payroll provider like (ADP), not your employer and ask for W2 if you dont have it and sent it with a copy of your 1040 or whatever you filed.

Oh no! I was a day late in providing my email ids to NVC. The operator said that they've already sent out the DS3032 form as hardcopy. I asked him if I can still send in an email. He said "Yes, but you have to fill that form and scan it, and send that".

Does that sounds right? Anyone face that situation? Should I try and send the email version from the VJ wiki?
