For anyone who is interested, or needs to while away the time while waiting for your sign in failure - a while back I found the Standard Operating Procedures for NVC. This should answer some questions - like for instance, I believe, I read on here - that they have to accept an email in lieu of the DS3032. It also stresses that time is of the essence. After going over it again, it isn't the DS3032 that they have to accept via email - it's actually the DS2001 - the notification of applicant readiness - they will accept any form of communication for that.

good news!!! hubby got his PCC today!! woot!

so now he has to express mail it and it hopefully arrives saturday (wishful thinking) odds are it comes monday, and will send in IV prolly on tuesday!!

I was hoping i would have gotten CC/SIF in March but those 2 RFE's were a big set back.Those are now behind me and April is my month to shine.I am still keeping fingers crossed for May interview.Congrads again to all who got there CC in March..

Ok, I know it's April 1st..April fools and all. I also know that I kinda (well actually did) mess with all of you (just a little lol). But I have the biggest Sh$@ eating grin on my face right now. I came home from work and found this -

Oh no! I was a day late in providing my email ids to NVC. The operator said that they've already sent out the DS3032 form as hardcopy. I asked him if I can still send in an email. He said "Yes, but you have to fill that form and scan it, and send that".

Does that sounds right? Anyone face that situation? Should I try and send the email version from the VJ wiki?

what you get in the mail is probably exactly the same as what they send you in an email.

But you could just email them using VJ wiki template, and send a hard copy of the document also.

the worst that could happen is you have send it in again when you get the mail one.
