i was specting an April interview... but it will fine in the first 10 days of May.. i'm thinking to travel on July 3rd...

I just received an email from NVC with RFE checklist asking me for DS-230 They are going to make me crazy.....

Just received a letter from them also on the J1 RFE I got.

My False RFE was issued on 25th , they said we mailed a letter on 25th.... and I just got the email... Do they wait to send out mass email??

Yes, they are asking me to send in the DS-230.... I am trying not to call them but it's hard....

Thanks TatyanaR! I think we all need it, from what I've read...you can be RFE'd for no reason. I'm sure that can make anyone crazy.

Welcome and congrats!!! things move much faster. wait about 4-5 days and then call NVC for your case #. you dont have to talk to an operator. just enter your USCIS receipt...

Phew, had like 15 pages to read up on, the April thread has really taken off! I miss March though,will always be in my heart.
