asante, I know my baby has not let me down and I know she never would. Her nature would be to put everything before herself. So, with that being said...ALL women are not that way. I am confused why you are here if you believe that.

6/23/06 - They they sent the IMBRA RFE

7/03/06 - The emailed that the IMBRA RFE went out on 6/23/06

7/03/06 - I received IMBRA RFE

7/05/06 - Touched

7/06/06 - Delivery Confirmation from the Post Office RFE recieved

7/11/06 - Email notification from CSC that IMBRA RFE Recieved

7/12/06 - Touched (but was to respond to an email that only said 'request recieved and will be processed within 30 days. argh)

I agree, but I found those comments offensive to alll women. There are good and bad women of any nationality as there are good and bad men of any nationality. Generalizations show ignorance.

Walt, I'm sorry you're going through this! I can't imagine how hard it must be. Just be happy that you found about this now and not later when you guys were married! True love does exist.. the right one for you will finally come along. GOOD LUCK!

Are you dead sure? Long distances can distort judgement. But if it's all over...one thing I would advise is to have your attorney contact the service center and cancell the application. I know you probably don't care at this point, but you never know...you could meet another overseas girl in the next couple of years, and the IMBRA will be a big problem.

Um, I didn't see a soapbox anywhere in this thread. And I don't believe I share a forum with anyone who uses the term "AW."

If Walt was sponsoring a K1, his fiancee almost certainly couldn't have been "AW" anyway. Think, THEN post.

I am not a practicing attorney. I have a law degree and I passed the bar exam, but am not admitted to practice because I got a job in legal publishing and haven't gotten around to applying for my license yet.
