Has anybody here had to wait over 140 days from NOA1 to NOA2? We are at 143 days right now and getting a little upset over this sh*t.

The clowns over at the Vermont Center seem to just randomly pull cases to process, which is unfair.

I'm just curious how many here had to wait over 143 days for their NOA2.

I understand its not easy. Just hang in there.

Ours took 129 days and our interview was 178 days after our NOA1 date.

You can do a search in the VJ database and specify the NOA1 and NOA2 dates to get a pretty good idea how you stand.

Good luck, be strong, We all go through this and we all got angry at the slow pace but in the end I know it will be worth it for you. I know it was for me!!

01/20/12 - Biometrics Appt.

I just got approved today, so it seems they are moving!! :dance:

I never would have believed my journey to happiness would begin with something called an "I-129F"

03/19/09 - I-129F Sent

03/20/09 - NOA1 (rec'd harcopy 3/26/09)

03/24/09 - Check cleared

03/25/09 - Touched

8/12/09 - Touched (4 hours before NOA2 email)

8/12/09 - NOA2 email received

***Received email at noon (Weds)

***USCIS site did update with the status

***Was 113 on Berkeley list; 156 on VJ list

156 days of waiting. And yes someone got approved today, GZ. But I mean #######... VSC approves 1 and been a few days ago since they approved. And look at CSC. They approved about 10.......

YES , we have been waiting and waiting as well and nothing at all and i have called many time and the same thing over and over . NOTHING AT ALL BUT THE SAME OLD LINES THEY READ TO U . We have been waiting for 163 as of right now and nothing at all................ ALL I CAN TELL U IS JUST HANG IN THERE LIKE US . Good LUCK !!!!!
