Ok...not me...but my case hasn't even been touched according to the USCIS website since they originally received it March 3rd. Should I be worried yet?

-Blu-(IMPATIENTLY WAITING!)

Service Center : California Service Center

Consulate : Amsterdam

02-27-09: I-129F Sent

03-10-09: I-129F NOA1

06-10-09: I-129F NOA2

06-17-09: Rec'vd by NVC

06-18-09: STUCK IN NVC AP

06-25-09: FINALLY petition on it's way to the embassy

06-29-09: DHL delivered our packet to the embassy in Amsterdam

07-01-09: Rec'd Packet 3!!!!

08-01-09: Rec'd Packet 4

08-25-09: Interview date...APPROVED!!!!

12/12/09: Fiancee arrival date WOOOT!

02/20/10: Married and SOOOO happy!

04/20/10: Sent off AOS (finally!)

05/03/10: Rec'd AOS NOA1

no, touches sometimes means nothing, also you filed only 2 months ago, don't worry yet, too soon too worry...

K...I will try not to worry. But they sure know how to leave you hanging.

Don't worry you aren't alone my case is no touches nothing at all can't even track it online coz its always error and when we called uscis it says not on there system yet.....its been 4 months already

i didn t get any touch either

been dating since june 1st 2007

dec-08 -officially engaged,i went back to France to apply for k1

2-11-09:noa1

3-06-09:My angel is visiting me

3-16-09:my angel is going back to the states

6-06-09: received NOA 2 HARDCOPY!!!!! ( notice date:-05-29-09)

Nope. We never got a "touch" and our online case status is "received and pending", don't tell my wife who has been here 8 months :)

We never got a touch at all since we started this process. EVER. USCIS really hates us, I rekon.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Same goes for us...only time we got touched was the day they approved our case. actually our case was never even viewable online until we got approved. dont worry...

no, dont worry. some ppl get 20, some get none. i never got a single touch in my 7 months of waiting. I got my hardcopy noa2 in the beginning of march.

2 nights ago i received my email of my approval... gee, a little late there! it took them over 2 months to email me that? haha. dont worry. they are very sloooooooow!
