today i finally was able to check my status online and was really chocked to find an approval, i'm so happy

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On February 24, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Congratulations Princess!!!

Friends, I am new to VJ family and am impressed by the way everyone so helpful. Having said that, can someone help me understand what it means when USCIS states that VSC is processing I-130 applications in 6 months when people having filed July and before are still waiting?

Also, I do see members saying that cases have been transferred from VSC to CSC. Is there a way to verify this information?

Also, have you guys met people on H-1 visa holders. I just met this evening someone on such visa who was able to bring his wife with him from India after he got marriage. This means that corporate lobby is tronger than ordinary American citizens. Can't we all start writing to our members of congress and the White House to fix this cruel behavior.

I wish you all well and hope someone will shed some light on this for me.
