today i finally was able to check my status online and was really chocked to find an approval, i'm so happy

Application Type: I130, IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

It is wonderful news for Princess in Love, and does give hope to the others. Approvals always bring the life back into the waiting. Its part of this process, and we all knew it when we enter into this, it would not be easy or painless. Best of luck to all filers who are waiting. The best support we have is each other, happy postings, witchy posting al etc. support is what it is all about.

Thanks princess... we filed my application on your same date... so lets see now... seems like since they transferred cases from VCS to CSC now CSC is slower hehe... its all good... hopefully ours is on its way too!!

That is amazing - congratulations. My NOA1 date is 15th January and I haven't been able to check online either - I thought that meant our petition was right at the bottom of the pile but I guess not. I'll be checking tomorrow and every day after that! You've definitely given me hope so thank you!

I hope the rest of the process goes as smoothly for you :yes:
