yes American jails are harder than the streets of a third world country where ur starving to death!!

 that's what we need to do, outsource our jail population to another country! they can serve their sentence, let's say, in a turkish prison

Midnight Express, a classic

Canadians Visiting the USA while undergoing the visa process, my free advice:

1) Always tell the TRUTH. never lie to the POE officer

2) Be confident in ur replies

3) keep ur response short and to the point, don't tell ur life story!!

4) look the POE officer in the eye when speaking to them. They are looking for people lieing and have been trained to find them!

5) Pack light! No job resumes with you

6) Bring ties to Canada (letter from employer when ur expected back at work, lease, etc etc)

7) Always be polite, being rude isn't going to get ya anywhere, and could make things worse!!

8) Have a plan in case u do get denied (be polite) It wont harm ur visa application if ur denied, that is if ur polite and didn't lie! Refer to #1

And law abiding people in those poor countries are still there because they are honest. I have been to Nigeria , which ranks as quite poor. That doesn't mean I would approve of Nigerians that are here illegally. I want a country full of decent law abiding folk. I am not looking for people to fill the jails because they can't follow rules.

Move to disneyland and go to the "it's a small world after all" ride and ride it over and over. You are going to come and tell me that you've never broken the law??!?!? You've never driven drunk while being legally intoxicated? you've never drunk alcohol while being under 21?? You've never broken the speed limit? you've never jaywalked?? these are just examples. Come on people, wake up and see the reality and stop being such hipocrits!

The whole world doesn't drink. I happen to be one of the types that doesn't wear skirt that show my knees soI may be a bit different that some. I also believe in the death penalty and the 3 strikes law.The basic point is they are breaking the law knowingly. They don't deserve to get priority for breaking the law. They should use the DV visa lottery. There are legal ways to immigrate. Some poeple have lives that aren't as wonderfull as others. That doesn't give you an excuse to do illegal acts. People caught doing these things should be placed at the very very end of the line to get visas. When all the family based and relatives of premanent residents and DV visas and people that just want a visa. After every one of these visas are granted. Then the ones that entered illegally or stayed after their visa expired. Which is basically saying they should never get in .

I have no problem with Illegals being here, but I think they should pay more for their immigration (same fees + a fine) and they should be shuffled to the bottom of the pile to get their paperwork processed.

I smuggle illegals across borders for a living at $10,000 a head. I also forge vital documents, buy and sell sex slaves, provide child labor for sweat shops, steal social security numbers, commit fraud on social services, and, in my spare time, lobby politicians for amnesty for my clientele. I'm no hypocrite! I don't mind breaking the law at all. It's very lucrative. Thank you USA and all of you naive enough to believe this is a victimless crime!

I still don't think some folks get it when they compare apples to oranges... but then that's pretty lame already.
