Administrative Processing Islamabad, no paper? (merged)

@zaib212..... i emailed the embassy in Islamabad and all they send me is that we are reviewing ur case which can take up to 60 days and is under administrative processing?

ALL visas undergo administrative processing...every one......sometimes, it takes days, weeks, or months...........

Wrong!!!!  Administrative Processing is completely normal....but it can take days, weeks, or months depending on the country or case circumstances.

I understand, but if she didn't get the white paper, and all the paper work were completed and he mentioned that the visa will issue so then why in AP. they suppose to tell you right if we need to do additional check background. so my question is even if you didn't get the white paper you will still be put into AP, and without being notification.

Yes, even if she didn't get the white sheet, the case is still put into AP........everything is good.

embassy can do anything they want

AP is normal for your country / can last many many months

i wish i could remember the member ID here that has been in AP with passport held over 6 months/ maybe they will respond

another one is waiting for a review as husband received visa stamp and embassy called and revoked it / no explanation as to why

My Fiancé has been in AP for almost 6 months now and they have his passport since interview. Only thing u can do is wait. Unfortunately it can take a long time.

In AP all you can do is wait, they vetting ppl from your country 

221G has nothing to do with it
