Thank you! My scan date is 6/15. Got CC exactly 9 weeks after. Hope you get yours soon.

We are completing week 8, going on week 9 and nothing. When I call they say its "waiting to be reviewed" and ceac status still has AOS stuff on it...

Same here! At least I'm heading to El Salvador today to visit my husband! It'll make the time between week 8 and 9 go by faster! It's almost our turn :)

05/12/2017: Received NOA2 via snail mail

06/01/2017: Received case and invoice number via phone

06/06/2017: Received e-mail with case and invoice number, fees paid

06/20/2017: DS-260 submitted and AOS/IV package sent

10/19/2017: Interview (Approved!!)

Hello everyone. For those of you still waiting for your CC, to get an good idea of when you'll receive your case complete. Look at others from your country. The following is sorted by country...  Any abnormalities, those cases may have been expedited, or had a checklist, and had a supervisor get it approved for them.. Wish you luck! :)

Did any one in this forum who got a checklist have any luck getting the supervisor to approve their documents over the phone? If so, what did you say to get a supervisor to review the documents over the phone?

Quick reminder folks.. Please do not call the NVC before 9 weeks. :) As RamStu has said, check your CEAC status.. Now if you don't have a CR1/IR1 visa, you have no choice but to call the NVC to ask for an update/or wait for your CC letter.  Have a feeling we'll see a wave of CC's next week!! :) Wishing you all much luck!! 

 

ps.. even if you call after 9 weeks, NVC can't do anything until 11 weeks has passed.. And if you reach 11 weeks without a CC, it's not a good sign.. Just further delay.. At that point, would suggest contacting your congressman right away.... And submitting an expedited request..
