CEAC still says "Action required: Submit requested documents", but we have been informed via email by both the NVC and the Embassy that the case is moving to the Embassy. This was only yesterday though, so it might take a week or two for the documents to get to the Embassy according to NVC. Once the documents get here, we will ask to have an interview scheduled.

It will take a few days till the case gets transferred from NVC to the embassy. Once it is transferred CEAC will say ready. At that point you can contact the embassy for an appointment.

Yes, so when I login to CEAC the AOS stuff is gone. It says "at NVC" but I didn't get an email notification. I'm currently on hold with NVC. I'm just hoping that this means CC and I can move on to the next step!

Congrats on the CCs!

I just got off the phone with the nvc, they said the crazy backward translation the Dhaka embassy requested is on its way to the supervisors desk. Hopefully she will get it in the next couple days and maybe we might get a CC. They said that was the only thing holding it up.

I sure hope so because me and husband are about to lose it. Our 1st anniversary is coming up, thought he'd be here or at least interviewing by now :(

I just returned from visiting my husband to celebrate our first anniversary too, so I know how you feel! Don't worry though this is all coming to a close and it'll all be over soon. :) It's not an infinite process and has to end at some point lol. Just a bit more to go! CC's are in sight for us both!

Hi! My scan date is 6/21, Today my wife checked the status and it says AT NVC.. I understand that it means CC?

We read that if status says AT NVC it is most likely CC and when AOS changed from Paid to N/A.  But when she checked the AOS she couldnt find it. She can only see this DS-261 and IV. There is no line of AOS. It disappeared. It that the case usually? Thanks :)

Thank you. We will call NVC tonight to confirm.

We just cant believe it because we are expecting a checklist because we fill out I864ez instead of I864.

We didnt know and probably we didnt read properly as well that income outside USA doesnt count if it doesnt continue once we move to US. They might ask us to bring new form during interview instead.

Im waiting for their email and see what they need but we are happy and grateful :)

Guys! I just check on CEAC and it says 'At NVC' and the AOS line disappeared. I guess I just got case completed today. I asked my husband to call NVC when he wakes up tomorrow morning to reconfirm.

I am so over the moon now.  By the way, what's next??? lol  book my medical check up and then wait for interview date?

PS: my scan date was 22 June and my cc date is... 23 August.
