My case was approved 3/16, sent out to NVC on 3/22, and after calling, they confirmed it's received as of today.  They said to call back next week when a case # most likely will have been assigned.

Default NVC response was 6 weeks for delivery and to assign a case # but don't lose hope!  They probably have piles of files on their desks so until they open your envelope, the call rep won't know if they've "received" it or not.  Jsut keep calling every day to follow-up!

Hello to all! This is my first time posting on VJ but I thought I'd share my excitement since I know seeing more and more CC from everyone else gave me so much hope along the loooong wait. I saw the 3 N/As today and after holding for  35+ min was able to verify. 😁👍🏻 Hoping to still be able to get scheduled for a May interview.

Does any know what is 3 N/As.  When i login with my Case # i saw only 2 N/As. Affidavit of Support and Civil Documents.

The current status, that is "PAID" under AOS fees will become "NA", which is what most of the people have observed. When this happens, you should call NVC and verify.

What does your current case status read on USCIS website?

Usually when they send your case to NVC, it changes from "Approved" to "Case was sent to Department of States". Has your USCIS case status changed to this?

 

Our case was approved on 1/18, sent to NVC on 1/31 and received at NVC on 2/6.

hi guys, first I apologize I am off topic here but I need to send this Package before I leave to see my wife overseas. I am about to send my package to NVC regarding spouse visa, I have a  question on the part 5 number 4 on I-864EZ about  employment and income. the  question is about the current annual income, my income increase every year but I dont know what to put there, Can I just calculate how much i make per week as of now multiply by 52 weeks? do I need to prove that? I have attached the instructions below for you to look at, please share you experience !

I just put my current base salary per annum. As long as you're over the poverty line, that should suffice. If you're on hourly pay, then estimate your annual income and perhaps request proof of employment with title, role, a statement attesting to expected continual employment and your current pay.

 

nvc will have an idea of annual pay from part 5 question 6 which should be evidenced in your recent taxes.

Thank you JessieABC,  the problem is I am leaving this sunday overseas to visit my wife, I have An employment letter that I asked about from my employer previously but It doesn't show my current income. company I work for close on the weekend. I also have paystubs, it that ok? Or I don't need to send them.
