Anyone know exactly how long the electronic file review process takes?

 

We paid all our fees, just gathering all the info now.  I'm just waiting on the criminal background checks, last one should be April 19th and then we can submit all the paperwork!

Looking at other timelines, electronic processing takes 2-3 weeks for case complete. We submitted our documents through email two weeks ago and are still waiting for case complete.

That's the part 5, question 6 where it asks for tax information.

I think Salamano is asking about Part 5, question 4.

Whatever you are putting down should be supported by any documentation you have.  I would suggest keep it what you would expect to earn based on hourly wages excluding potential bonuses and wage increases.  If you are getting a letter from an employer, I would encourage you ask that they include the amount, your title, and that your employment is expected to continue indefinitely unless this is already reflected on your paystubs in which case they won't question it.  I simply entered my current per annum salary per the amount reflected in my proof of employment and paystubs.  I'll probably make more than this amount in 2017 but I'll definitely make at least this amount.

 

If your base salary doesn't meet poverty lines, then definitely include evidence that you can supplement your income in other ways.  

 

Per the I-864 instructions:

You may also provide pay stubs showing your income for the previous six months.

Still checking compulsively for that third N/A. Driving me nuts knowing it could be any day now. Sometimes I open the page on my phone and the letters are so small that I don't see right away what it says. I get my hopes up and then I zoom in only to see the word "PAID" we have all grown to hate. Love you National Visa Center.

Tell me about it.  I'm going nuts for just waiting for a Case #.  I'll probably be at your level of ODC with the ceac website once I get one.

It will say this until you have case complete (the 11 week timeframe) at which time it will change to "at nvc" before moving to the consulate

I have a question.

We have included my husband's annual base salary+bonuses etc as his Current Annual Income on 864ez.

However his employment proof shows only his Current Annual Base Salary; which is way higher than the poverty guideline.

 

Should we still included proofs for bonuses etc, which would be earned at the end of the year? We have not included them.
