so, is your husband a USC

if he is a resident, then that's why you can't adjust status, only married to US citizens can adjust status in the US

if he is only a resident, he can only file for you the i130 and i130A, the process takes 2 years and you will have your interview in your country. how long have you been here? you have to leave the country

you need to leave before your time is up, if they gave you 6 months you need to leave before your time is up. Then he needs to file the i130 and i130A.  As said before, the process will take 2 years. you can visit but never overstay

Hi everyone,

I got the package back today in the mail saying it is rejected because visa is not immediately available for my priority date. My priority date is Feb 2, 2018. I need help please. Should I just resubmit the whole thing?

Thank you!

Of course your visa is not immediately available your asawa is a PR not a USC. You have to go back to Pinas and wait for it to be current.
