Hey yall, kinda tired of some people on this forum as they either dont give me any helps, give me the WRONG information or dont even answer.. but to those of you who will gladly help me, please id appreciate it..

me and the wife got married recently, getting marriage certificate tmo, also a copy for immigration if needed ( i think it is)

came here on the VWP was allowed 90days (its up on the 13th of march) money isnt an issue when filing papers so can someone give me the right types of forms i have to file? or i CAN file or need in order to stay here, we got married due to finding out shes pregnant when we arrived back in the USA so we went got married and now we want to get this immigration process sorted out so i can be here for birth and to look after my unborn child and wife :)

we have sponsors if needed (her grandmother) doesnt make much money but she has a good bit in accounts..

we're both graduated, and all that is okay..

Now, we wanna apply for AOS cause we were told/googled it and AOS is the way to go?

heres my questions if someone could kindly answer them for me altogether id very much appreciate it!

1. When we file AOS anything else we should file? work permits? anything to make it faster? etc..

2.Where do we get these forms from?

3.How do we pay for the forms cause we know theres big fees for each form, so how or where do we pay? and how to pay? (credit card, check etc)

4. Is it fine for me and my wife to fill out all the forms we need? or do we need a legal person to fill them out?

5.Is charlotte NC a good place to file? for example is there offices here for interviews? do they approve etc.

6.All the above lol

thank you and sorry if posted in the wrong area... ive been on here awhile looking for info and never seem to get it, so please help me! we're filing veerry soon should be this coming week so we need the proper help and no mistakes! (cause immigration is complicated)

What was wrong with the previous answers to the same questions?

Hi,

Most of your answers are available here: http://www.visajourney.com/content/i130guide2

Also on the uscis.gov website. The forms and how to fill them are there.

1. You can file for a Work permit (EAD) while awaiting the adjustment of status (AOS) aka Greencard process. Applying for the EAD is free, you would only pay for the I-130 -$420 and the I-485 - $985+85 = $1070. You will need a medical done with the results sent in with your application as well as an affidavit of support.

2. Forms are available on the uscis.gov site and also links in the guide.

3. Personal cheques or money order addressed to US dept of homeland security all included in your application package.

4. Forms I-130 by your wife as the U.S. Citizen, I-485 by you, pretty straightforward if you read all instructions in the forms.

5. All states have uscis offices to conduct interviews, not heard of North Carolina being difficult. You mail your application to an address in Chicago but will have your fingerprinting and interview in N Carolina where you reside; you haven't got much of a choice ?

Hi, congrats on your wedding and your wife being pregnant, Nike s has told you all you need, just go through the instructions line by line, it tells you all the documents you need,

I would advise you get joint accounts get your name added on the lease,

Get friends affidavits to show bona fide relationship,

Take passport pictures,

Call home and have someone mail your birth certificate, because you will also need that,

phone records,

you know all this is in those instructions its a long read but read over them line by line like I said, I would print them out and use a highlighter to high light all the important parts in regards to your case.

I wish you the best of Irish luck with your application and congrats once again on the baby coming!!!

Please follow the guides. You will require a medical. I suggest you read through the guides, twice, and at least once with the spouse. After that come back here and ask your questions. This is a do it yourself forum so we are more than happy to answer any questions you may have. If you don't feel comfortable doing the process yourself you can seek out an immigration attorney (they can be from any state) to assist you with the paperwork.

yes we do, I'm from the UK too and if you haven't taken any of the vaccinations listed in the form requirements in the last ten years (you will need proof that you have) then you will need to take them again. total depending on locations will cost about 500-600 dollars.

Everybody has to, whether you're from UK or a country with wide-spread Ebola. Guides and instructions on USCIS site have all the answers you want and happen to be official documents that clearly show addresses to send petitions to, all the fees and what to send along with each of the petitions.

If you want to be successful, you need to pay attention to details (you clearly paid none to date) and spend a lot of time putting it together. Can't put a good package by asking questions on the forum - trust me.

These are the links you need to start with.

No - you file way more than that and again if you had spend 5 minutes reading what's in the links and instructions for the forms (which already 15 people asked you to do), you wouldn't be asking it.

You need G-325A, I-693 in an envelope from civil surgeon, I-864 with ton of supporting documentation at the minimum. I-751 and I-131 are optional and free if filed with I-485. You need whole bunch of pictures and other docs.

Read the guides / USCIS instructions.

Hey nicknack

The process is easy -- tedious but easy -- if you are disciplined and can pay attention to details. But if you are lacking in either, and from your responses it seems like you are lacking both, then you will be better off to get help. There are many services advertised right here on VJ, or if you prefer, immigration lawyers are everywhere. Just google and you will find the service/lawyer you need.
