    Overview

    You need to send a proof of Current Employment or Self Employment for affidavits of support form I-864 or I-134. An employment letter is an official verification of employment given by your employer on the company letter head signed by HR or other corporate person in your company. You may use below template to instruct your employer to generate letter on company letterhead.

    • Letter should be typed on company letterhead.
    • Letter must be dated.
    • Letter must be signed and that person's title must be listed.
    • Letter must include the dates employed.
    • Letter must have wage/hour translated in salary/year.
