DS3032

DS-3032 is titled Choice of Address and Agent for Immigrant Visa Applicants. This form is used by a beneficiary of an immigration process to choose an agent who will received all mailings from NVC. This agent will also receive the invoices for Affidavit of Support and Immigration Visa package. Most non-USA based beneficiary choose the petitioner as their agent of choice.
 

Once National Visa Center (NVC) received the I130 package from USCIS, NVC generate the case number. One has to have the NVC case number to proceed with the DS3032 part. One can wait until NVC sents the DS3032 to beneficiary or they can preemptively submit this to NVC. To do so, they can mail it through postal mail or email the DS3032 form to NVC.

Emailing DS3032

DS3032 can be emailed to National Visa Center instead of sending it through postal mail. In case DS3032 is being emailed, the following format has been proven to work.
