    Your issue is that the claim you can only get your treatment in dental facility in your husband's town isn't even remotely sufficient for any kind of emergency. If US was the only country where certain procedure is done, it could sound feasible, but coming up with some weird combination of specific facility that is conveniently located in your husband's town and additionally a payment plan isn't something that anyone would ever take into consideration. Which is what others are trying to explain to you. I'm sorry you're not hearing what you want to hear, but this isn't going to change the situation. You can always apply and see what happens.

    If you're a citizen, you must have been married to USC for at least 3 years. Having small children elsewhere puts legitimacy of that marriage in question. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to spot a fraud in this scenario...

    You are - you applying under 3 year rule while your marriage effectively doesn't exist anymore. I was asked during naturalization interview if I still live and am in a relationship with my wife - it's not just a simple fact of being married. Your best option is to withdraw N400.
