Online Forms for fiancee (?)

Is there a way for my fiancee to fill all the required forms online and save as pdf files which she could email to me?

Or at least use forms to ensure clarity and then print them?

Is there a way to do electronic signatures so forms don't need to be shipped overseas?

Are there "online forms" ????

She does not own nor have access to a computer.

But she can go online via her phone.

Yeah you can download them online here:

https://www.uscis.gov/forms

BUT she needs to do it via a computer. Maybe she can do it in a web cafe or something?

She can type in them on the computer but she needs to send you the G-325A and the letter of intent to marry via mail.

She can actually sign and scan the G-325A and the intent to marry, original signatures are not needed unless requested.

Is there somewhere on official government website to corroborate that statement?

I just want to ensure this is the case before I start doing things. Most information on this subject I've seen would not agree.

People do get RFE's for not having wet signatures.

Using her phone can work but it is very tedious. It's best you fill them out with her help and then send them to her for printing and signature. I suggest you get a cloud account like google drive or dropbox and that way everything is in the "cloud" and you both have access. The services are free to use.

More ideas and step by step instructions are on my website for the K1 process in the Philippines. Address is here: http://dennyeyberg.wix.com/filipino-am-visa

I talk about the different options for cloud base and some other ideas to help make your journey a little easier. Use this tab located here: http://dennyeyberg.wix.com/filipino-am-visa#!manila-process-usem/c95x "tip" will be in the blue box.

Here in lies the problem. Each Embassy is different in what they ask for. Yes some documents are the same but their are many that are not. Some Embassy's require a letter of intent but the Philippines does not. Some require the financials but the Philippines stopped asking for those almost a year ago. BUT, we see those requirements still contained in the official Embassy Letter and so we still suggest you prepare them for the interview but don't be surprised if they don't ask for them.

Here is the letter with what is required for the interview. http://photos.state.gov/libraries/manila/1178798/feb2015/K1-K2%20Applicant%20Interview%20Preparation%20Instructions%20-%20English%20_February%202015_.pdf

Follow it and you should have no problems.

I started looking over your site,,,

You mention the following:

– 2 to 3 selected photos from family gatherings that you both attended

– 2 Selected photos of you and your petitioner showing off the engagement ring

Is this actually necesasry? Nothing on the Gov site says this that I can see.

I have never met her family and likely will not until later next year.

We have no engagement ring...

These are suggested poses that will give the CO a better picture of your intent to marry and that you are a couple that knows each other well. Remember, your "selling" yourself to the CO that your intention is to marry, the CO's job is to determine if you are actually going to do that. You will not find this written but from the experience of others, including myself, this is what can and at times is asked. You don't want to leave a doubt in the CO's mind.

If you read the instructions for the I129f form, there are no longer any words requiring wet signatures. They say just to be able to produce the originals if requested.

I had my fiance scan both.

I haven't ever seen an RFE on here for wet signatures...

"Copies. Unless specifically required that an original document be filed with an application or petition, a legible

photocopy may be submitted. Original documents submitted when not required may remain a part of the record, and will

not be automatically returned to you."

Bottom of page 1 of the instructions for I-129f.

The OP is asking about what to send with the I-129F petition. The requirements for the I-129F petition do not vary by consulate/country. They are all the same. The OP is not at the consulate stage yet.
