NOA 2 Notification

hello guys,we just want to tell you that we received the NOA1 on 18th April 2016 so it's still 20 days and we're still waiting.

my question is how many days we need to wait for NOA 2? because I also knew someone who only waited for two weeks and from the other resources they said 36 days so which is which?

Your feedback guys about this matter will be highly appreciated.

You'll get adjudicated within five months. Don't expect the same amount of days waiting as others, every case is different.

If you complete your timeline it will give you an approximate adjudication date. USCIS processing times for I-129f is 5 months.

Hi!

Make sure you input that your application went direct to CSC (it never stopped at Texas Service Center, only Texas Lockbox), then you will have an estimate for the arrival of your NOA2 at the bottom of the page. This is based on other VJ guidelines, and not necessarily accurate - but it will be the best current estimate.

Expect at least 2-3 months :-)

No one can tell you exactly how long it will take, only a best case scenario estimate. A few months is seeming to be average now, but keep in mind the official USCIS processing time is 5 months standard. That does not mean your case will take that long, and it does not mean that it won't take longer either.

I updated my timeline on here when I received my NOA1. The estimate from this site was fairly accurate for me at least. I think it took about 48 days. Good luck

Have you called the USCIS to ask about your petition? According to your timeline you estimate was back in early March..

Feb 29 hasn't even started with NOA2 yet so you can extrapolate from that. 69+ days at this point. 5 months is when you start making phone calls to see what's up.
