Hubby said he received a voice mail from Octavio saying we have a case complete. He just called NVC and the rep confirmed that we have a Case complete.

Congratulations! :dancing: I'm very happy for you! I had been following your progress a little bit since we both had that 7/31 scan date (ours was just for AOS though) and I am glad the problem got solved. Hope you get an interview soon and then this nightmare will finally be over for you ;)

Congratulations sweetie, you have a CC. I guess your case was completed after you called. The N/A has never failed. Get on the phone 1st thing on Monday morning and speak with NVC.
