First one is DS 261 avaliable in a few days (maybe 5 bussiness days after the case number assigned), if you dont have a lawyer already

DS 260 is avaliable after the IV fee shows paid.

Thank you! I meant to say DS-261. I got my case number 5-13-14, so hopefully soon they have it available for me to fill out.

A beneficiary can call and ask just like a petitioner can ask. When they give over the information asked (DOB, USCIS receipt#) if case# is ready they will give it.

file is with a supervisor. The screen showed that more mail was received on the 12th. I told Kendall they better check on that because I only sent one package and it was scanned on the 8th. She put me on hold and asked the supervisor ( she told me she is new there) Came back and told me that the scan on the 12th is actually them scanning the mail into the file and now it is waiting for the supervisor to look at it. So... I will call back tonight to get my last call in before the dreaded weekend.

Still don't have my car back... 7 days at the mechanic... it only needs one thing and the part was not delivered until today.. At least I hope so. I'm home cleaning my closet ( making room for my honey) Its pouring rain in the Philly Burbs... what an ugly day !! I really want to fly to Costa Rica... I don't care if its winter down there right now... I MISS MY HUSBAND

We are supposed to get really bad storm tonight. I need a serious closet clean up when I move into our new home or else the man will not be happy.

Here's what I would suggest:

Petitioner: I-864

Main joint sponsor: I-864

Joint sponsor's spouse: I-864A

Then, for that I-864A, part 2 would be signed by the main joint sponsor and part 3 would be by joint sponsor's spouse.

Hope that's clear enough ;)

You have to click on some of the links on that page ;) It'll bring you to this page: http://www.cdc.gov/immigrantrefugeehealth/exams/ti/civil/vaccination-civil-technical-instructions.html Scroll down to the bottom and there's a table. It should be the same information as the link provided in my wiki ;)

I never even noticed that table. Glad you mentioned it here. It breaks everything down. Thanks Saylin!

Hi all,

Can someone help me with this dilemma: I can't figure out if my wife needs the HIB shot (Haemophilus Influenzae Type B) or not. On the website in Saylin's guide that shows age appropriate shots it says she doesn't need it because she's over the age of 18. But then you go to this link www.uscis.gov/news/questions-and-answers/vaccination-requirements and it claims that she needs them all but doesn't mention any age category, only showing a blanket list. Any help?

HiB shots are not given if u r above the age of 5 unless u r a high risk patient like if ur spleen has been removed or something. So I don't think ur wife would need them :)

my ds-261 is available and i filled it out for my husband due to language barriers. on the last page before signs, it asked if someone helped you to prepare it, should I answer yes? even though I logged in as the petitioner?

You can say no. That part is more for legal representation such as lawyers and attorneys.
