(Letter emailed to embassy stating petitioner still willing and able to marry beneficiary) 04/11/24: Physician scheduled. CD with chest x ray given. 04/15/24: Interview scheduled. Documents from K3 package to be brought to the interview. Medical exam results had not finished. Officer took signed employment verification letter, mortgage statement and bank statements as supporting proof for affidavit of support. Did not take W2s, tax returns, biographical passport page, or other supporting asset documents. 04/26/24: Passport package with visa picked up from UPS after 2 failed delivery attempts at home. My AMS case number was assigned on March 20, 2024 and we received our FRN case number on March 22, 2024 combined with a short email stating AMS was discontinuing immigrant visa operations.
