12/23/22: Sent petition to Dallas PO Box.
12/27/22: Received Date on I-797C.
12/30/22: Credit Card Charged; Received electronic NOA by text message, official Form I-797C to follow in mail.
01/06/23: Form I-797C received at home address, USCIS office address at bottom of the form is California Service Center.
11/01/23: Petition approved by USCIS. Petition sent to National Visa Center in Portsmouth, NH.
11/14/23: I-797 letter received at home address.
12/05/23: Received email from NVC indicating I-129F petition is being forward to Frankfurt, Germany. Status on CEAC website is In Transit
12/06/23: Status on CEAC website changed to Ready.
01/08/24: K3 Packet Received.
02/21/24: Embassy sends interview request information.
02/22/24: Petition extended an additional four months due to delays in embassy processing. (Letter emailed to embassy stating petitioner still willing and able to marry beneficiary)
04/11/24: Physician scheduled. CD with chest x ray given.
04/15/24: Interview scheduled. Documents from K3 package to be brought to the interview. Medical exam results had not finished. Officer took signed employment verification letter, mortgage statement and bank statements as supporting proof for affidavit of support. Did not take W2s, tax returns, biographical passport page, or other supporting asset documents.
04/26/24: Passport package with visa picked up from UPS after 2 failed delivery attempts at home. Visa expiration date is 10/10/2024. |
