Priority date for K-3 Visa is July 25, 2019. I-129F was denied on August 30, 2019, same day as the approval of our I-130. NVC STAGE USCIS sent our case to NVC - September 18, 2019 Sent Expedite request - September 25, 2019 (Emotional and Financial Hardship also included Fundamentals of Engineering Review and Examination) Expedite under review - September 27, 2019 Received an email that U.S. Consulate is willing to expedite - October 2, 2019 *October 11 to 22, CEAC is under loooonngg maintenance* MEDICAL EXAMINATION October 28, 2019 - First Day of Medical Examination (Physical, X-Ray, Urine and Blood Collection) October 29, 2019 - Second Day of Medical Examination (SPUTUM Test - Have to undergo 3 consecutive days of fasting for SPUTUM collection. Results will be after 2 months T_T) INTERVIEW DATE - October 30, 2019 (NO SHOW) , since I need to do more tests, interview will be rescheduled.	2020-01-11

Was not expecting until middle of May. Expedite request was denied.. but I don't know... it seems like they did. Well... we're HAPPY! 04/20/2022: We've all but given up on the idea of getting residency for my wife. They made us pay again after lack of activity, even during "covid". And then Biden changed the rules again and wife is completely disqualified because we won't be taking their injections. We've got a new baby now and have moved to a new country (that isn't mandating injections). If the USA ever decides to get it's humanity back (not holding my breath), then maybe we will reconsider. It's bizarre though. Myself and our 3 kids are all Americans, and only the mom (my wife) is not. Yet, she's the only one they can force vaccination on. She lives and sleeps and eats with all of us, yet somehow she's a threat to the United States if she doesn't take their injections? Nope. Doesn't make any sesne. We don't HAVE to reside in the USA. Plenty of other beautiful places in the world to live, and with some freedom and bodily autonomy intact.	2022-10-12
