Official Receipt Notice (Form I-797) on 5/31/2019

Hi, I am also waiting to have CR1 interview in HK embassy, do you have any news or updates about it :)?

Not yet. I am expecting about 90 days give or take. So hopefully some time around August/September timeframe.

Is your case already document qualified by NVC ? Hoping they will resume the immigrant visa interview soon at HK US embassy :(

Yes, I got an email from NVC saying the Immigrant Visa Case becoming Documentarily Qualified about a month ago. We are just playing a waiting game. :)

Congratulations though:) yeah.. you’re right :( but hopefully they are resuming soon, I saw on HK US embassy posted on fb said they’re trying to resume student visa ASAP but did not mention anything about other visa lol

It looks like they have started interviews with people who DQ'ed at the end of March. Chin up! :D

Yes!! I saw that too! Good luck to everyone who’s waiting!!

Congratulations to the update !! :)

See!!! I told you ;) Congratulations on receiving your interview date!

Good luck at your interview today you guys! Keep us posted!

My wife got a call from the HK Consulate on Monday (9/21) and the interview was rescheduled to Friday (9/25). Got approved. :D
*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
** Not all cases are transfered
