    Here's the cool bit -
there's been no interview scheduled for the AOS case yet, and/or she's not received the greencard yet.
    SO..............
write yer local USCIS office, where an interview MIGHT occur, and in the letter,
withdraw the I-864, Affadavit of Support.
Send a CC of this letter to:
--USCIS address where you sent the original I-864
    --local ICE office
Then go file for divorce (you can do this, not need any lawyer) with a protection order added at the same time.
then once you file, and have receipt in hand, and protection order in HER hand -
MOVE whilst she's outside working, change the locks, and have the sherrif supervise her moving out of the house (since there's a protective order in place)
    Change yer numbers on everything.
    Then lease out yer house.
Figure about 3 months from the time you send off the letters to ICE to the time ICE interviews her.
Be absent those 3 months from her mileau (sp?)
I know one bit will be hard, about yer schooling, as she knows and her family knows WHERE that school is. File police report on the cousin asap, and make sure the campus police KNOW about the police report that you've filed, as well.
I do suggest filing a seperate protective order ON the cousin, at same day that you file for divorce.
    Whew !
    ---- edited to add
Now - if time and timing are amiss, and the interview actually occurs - YOU should SHOW UP at the appointed date and time, bring the divorce decree filing, the two protective orders, any ICE correspondence, and tell the Immigration Officer that
--after you filed, you learned that the marriage was solely for immigration benefits and
--you've since filed for divorce and
--you withdraw your affadavit of support, the I-864, right then and there.
Things will go quick after that.
    ----
    Good Luck !

To wait a bit longer? why would he want to ask her that ? It is nice to be stable and sometimes when your significant other is going to school it can be hard on the pocket but treating someone like ####### is just wrong. she obviously is not the person he fell for and he should contact uscis, and ICE

That does not sound like the best reason to rush getting married however I do know that it is hard to be away from the one you love and distance can make a persons mind and soul go crazy (people sometimes start questioning commitment etc)
My husband and I got married at a Court house, The only other person in the room was my son and the court lady. We asked her If she could take a Picture of us and she did one of us kissing after our vows, then we went outside and took a few pictures of us by some flowers (we put the camera ontop of our car and ran for the 10 second countdown. We then went out for lunch as MR&Mrs...Oh and we rented a sports car for a day (It was AWESOME)
You could do the same thing, Go to a Court house and bring a few friends to celebrate with you, ask them to take pictures and take them out for lunch to enjoy the day with you. You can have a inexpensive but yet awesome day.
We sent in some pictures with our i130 but You cant really tell they are wedding pictures as I am not wearing a wedding dress, we just look dressed up. It would be nice to have a few though.
They are going to want to see evidence of on going relationship, chat logs, emails, phone records, travel records, flight tickets etc.

IF you have a conditional 2 year green card you can travel In the united states and outside of the states as you are a Us permenant resident. Is your ppassport still valid? You already used your k-1 so that expiry does not matter, and to my knowledge you have finished the process for now(until 2 years from now.)You can travel using your valid passport and your Green card.

The way I explained it to people was... You can met at a starbucks, eharmony, through friends or the internet, it is all the same in the end. you date, you get engaged and you marry.
My mom knew my dad for one year then they got married , my dad was aggressive alcoholic and turned out to be my moms worst nightmare. they stayed together for 14 years. My mom got divorced then got married to a guy she had known for 12 years, 5 years later they divorced due to martial problems and communication issues.
The point is being in love is half the battle and No matter whether you have known someone a day or ten years Divorce happens and sometimes you do not known what you got till your already deep in it.
Marriage takes time, effort, and communication.. lots of love and patience but most of all the ability to say this is my life and this is what i choose ...Anyone who can judge and not understand how one can fall in love with someone through the internet needs to explore the world.
I had internet dates with my husband nightly, we watched movies together, laughed at comedians on youtube, chatted constantly. played world of warcraft till I thought my thumbs where going to fall off. He courted me like no one else ever had. Love is everywhere and you never know when it is going to pop up.

Im not sure dropped was the word you were looking for, But you can REMOVE someone from YOUR car insurance. I am on my Husbands car insurance and he can remove me from his insurance whenever. I removed my ex Off MY car insurance a few years back without any problems...I started the policy and then added him on a few months later and when we split I called them and asked them to remove him from my policy/coverage.
Yes there is always three sides to the story but we dont know his so I will take her word for it and advice as if the situation is as she says it is.

You will need to have an appointment letter to get your medical done and that will be a little while from now. Yes medicals are vaild for 1 year I believe but you will want to use this medical for your aos as well so It is actually better to wait in my mind. In toronto and montreal they have 2 day service for medicals which is why I suggusted doing this on the same week of the Interview. As for how busy they are, Well I was booked for less then two weeks after I called and that was toronto. They are usually able to squeeze you in somewhere, however that is at the moment they could get busy soon.
    Good luck

I agree could you arrange to get to montreal a few days early? and then you could do your medical the same week as your interview.

I should have put this with my other comment, I literally walked into a random lawyers office and asked if they did it, the reception looked at the three lawyers talking and the one guy was like I'll take this one, he was funny at the end of it he said that will be 20 bucks made a joke about people how easy it was, I handed him a 20 and off I went.

I figure I should share my experience.
I woke up this morning at 430am jumped in the shower, dressed everybody and ran out the house. We jumped on the subway and traveled down to Union station, walked for 7-10 mins and arrived at the Medical office at 635am.
We were second in the line up and within 2 minutes someone open up the doors for us, we sat for all of 10 minutes and two more couples arrived. I talked to both the couples and a nice man who wanted to know more as he was kinda lost in the process.I was called to talk to the admin to give all my paperwork, pictures etc, she was a very nice lady (however she never asked whether I wanted to have the results mailed or not). That process took all of 5 minutes. I was sent to x-ray, sat again for 10 minutes again talking with the same people, called in to x-ray (took a matter of 1 minute). Then was sent to sit to wait for blood work again I waited approx 5 minutes, A very nice blood technician asked me a few questions about fianting or dizziness (which I get when blood is taken, as I have vein issues haha) I was then told to lay down, she found a vein poked me and to her surprise I was NOT lying, my vein collosped and she had to bandage me up and try the other arm (5 pokes later and we hit the right spot). I would like to say that she was still an nice lady, just my veins didnt like her. I was put in a doctors room and was told to grab my son (who was playing in the waiting room with my mom) I had my blood pressure taken then we both had our height and weight done. My son was sent back out and I was told to undress, the doctor took about 10-15 minutes to come in. He asked me all the question containing to both my son and myself, wrote down the immunatizions etc. Then he listened to my heart, lungs, felt my throat, felt my tummy, looked in my mouth, then told me the nurse would be in for my breast exam. The nurse came into the room seconds later, she did a breast exam and then looked below. I got dressed and got my son back into the room. we waited a few moments and the doctor returned checked my sons lungs, heart, mouth, ears, tummy, and pelvic area. He told me that everything looked great and to bring the two small white sheets to the front desk. We stopped at the front desk and were asked if the doctor needed anything from us, I said no he said we were good. she handed me a sheet saying what day we could pick up our medical results and that was it.
I would like to say that well I was there the guy I talked to was doing a cr-1 visa and he was sent a sheet 2 weeks ago saying he was now able to book his interview and he could go online to book it.

Yes, I had to make my brother paint the Dylans room yet again, this time a light blue which was what I shoulod have done in the first place lol But it did teach me for the next one to go with neutrul colours. (which we hope to make one day soon just taking some time ) Yeah I remember being in the hospital and the "photo" nurse came around and asked if we wanted pictures of him. (first off they were way too expensive and second of all He had high jaundice levels) So we waited till he was 4 weeks old, we took him to Sears with his Favorite teddy bear at the time. They were nice pictures, although I wish I had taken more.Time flys by too quickly! I have a picture of him at 6 months old when he was at his "roundest" he was a porkster, I will add it just so youll can see the change! we once took a picture of him sitting in a tire as he was our little michelin man. haha wish I could find it

I suggest EP, But I also suggest that you get all the paperwork ready now. Then do what I did, I scanned all the paperwork and put together the aos and ds230 packet in the emails then saved it as a draft. when I finally was able to send the packets, all I had to do was click send.
Doing Ep can be done in less then a month if you get on the ball with it, If I could go back and do it all over I would have done draft emails for everything.
Just make sure to call send the optin email and ds3032 as soon as possible then keep an eye out for the AOS and IV fee bill pay that and add the payment sheet to the email and click send. Then you wait for case complete..easy as pie

My advice is go with your heart, YOU are the only one who knows whats too soon or not. If you feel that he is the one and your truly want to be with this person the rest of your life then go for it. If you both understand the limits of his Parole and you two have no problems with it then go for it. You are the only that knows what is right or wrong for you.
    Good luck

Yes most people bring a whole lot of ties to canada but it does all depend on the officer that you get. I have passed through to the states to visit my husband on multiple times and only once Have I been put in secondary and Only twice have I been asked for any Information/documentation. I think the one thing that prob made you look "suspicious was the one way ticket and 100 pound luggage" even when I have been in the states for 2 months I bring a 25lb suitcase that has mine and my sons stuff in it. I don't think that it should effect your visits to the states in the future though, however I would want a second opinion as I dont know for sure. But it is always worth a try and the worst case you get sent home. I also know that being denied entry will NOT effect your visa
