  1. I am still mulling over this, pretty clear the Hamas apologist had no warning, not exactly the first time that something was known to be on the horizon but ignored for whatever reason.
  2. Wow I did not know that
  3. 3 or 4 years You can interview down under
  4. We are into November not that it makes any difference
  5. Nothing much is likely to change before the new year.
  6. Currently moving between a West Coast IPA and a Double IPA.
  7. I would change at least hourly
  8. It is a bit like applying for the DV, OK this is sort of guaranteed as long as everyone lives long enough but when you are looking at decades and it is more a Retirement option I have not seen it become an issue.
  9. https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/legal/visa-law0/visa-bulletin/2024/visa-bulletin-for-november-2023.html It is here and early, but not a lot of change.
  10. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2023/oct/06/alexandria-ocasio-cortez-us-sanctions-venezuela-deportations?CMP=Share_AndroidApp_Other AOC very unhappy
  11. Sadly a lot of the coverage of MAGA Democrats includes non VJ friendly languages
  12. Vaguely amusing I forgot about that one. Mind you if was a L not Immigrant
  13. I can think of a few very viable reasons you would not want to trigger residency. I can only think of going through a pre inspection site like Dublin so you can back out if needed.
  14. Has take that sort of time for those who applied that many years ago. Sadly the OP was applied for more recently.
  15. We never did those, sounds fun, well I would certainly make fun of them. How could you not take the p iss?
  16. I remember they did not have a card and had not gone home as an adult, did not have a current passport. It was early this year so I assume they are still in process.
  17. They are unmarried now, that may not be the case is 10 plus years. With 5 children seems unlikely all will stay single.
  18. The age that matters is when the Priority date is current, so they will be in their 30s. Less how long the I 130 took.
  19. Well they are not even half way yet and as it seems the children are older unlikely all will be included, then you have ones that will marry etc. Certainly a good idea to have as many petitions out there as you can, good insurance.
