  1. Not for much longer, time to stock up on deep fried mars bars.
  2. Well I did not, self sponsored. But absolutely take it with you.
  3. https://www.k9jets.com/ I have no idea how it operates in Colombia, just remembered there is at least one specialist service.
  4. I was going to say ticket but I assume you have that covered.
  5. I cannot talk for your case, hopefully it will be 6 weeks, I have come to the conclusion time lines are assigned on a random basis and usually have very little relationship to reality. Good luck.
  6. Tributes paid to Berkshire newlyweds killed in Uganda terrorist attack David and Celia Barlow were married in South Africa on Saturday and were killed by a group linked to Islamic State https://www.theguardian.com/world/2023/oct/18/tributes-paid-to-newlyweds-killed-in-uganda-terrorist-attack I have had a beer in The White Hart.
  7. Did the Lawyers you spoke to review your I 485 and we're they able to tell you whether you qualified or not?
  8. Sounds like it was what I think is called a foodycall, anyway she seems empowered, strong and independent so not sure what the problem is. He should have taken her to a Bagel Shop, now that I would have watched.
  9. Paedophile who abducted schoolgirl while dressed as a woman jailed for 20 years Former butcher Andrew Miller claimed he acted in a ‘motherly way’ but later admitted sexual assault https://www.theguardian.com/uk-news/2023/oct/18/paedophile-who-abducted-schoolgirl-while-dressed-as-a-woman-jailed-for-20-years The court was told Miller, who is being held in a men’s prison, is in the process of gender transitioning. One example of misgendering her. I do also see 2 examples of dead naming, Guardian do better.
  10. Premiums for family health insurance at work jump to nearly $24,000 this year https://www.cnn.com/2023/10/18/business/health-insurance-premiums-kff/index.html Employees are shelling out an average of $6,575 for their share of the premium, up almost $500, or close to 8%, from last year, the annual survey found. Their companies are footing the rest of the bill. “We have a huge premium increase this year. There’s just no other way to cut it,” said Matthew Rae, who co-authored the survey. “There are lots of affordability challenges for employer coverage.”
  11. Our comments relate to US Immigration Law, I have no clue how Russian law works. It is a little bit more complicated than that but that is the essence.
  12. My concern is that you may be looking at a lot longer than a year, anyway that is also possible.
  13. Adoption and Immigration is complicated, generally she will need to show 2 years legal custody. Much of Immigration Law is painful but not that complicated, I certainly would not rely on a forum for this situation.
  14. The child's father is unknown, obviously there was a father? Your wife wants to delay her process?
  15. Obviously there is nothing you can do now. Usually you need to show 2 years custody in such circumstances but it is shall we say complicated so I would consult with an Immigration Lawyer familiar with this sort of case. Is the plan now to delay your wife's process, lets say you could file for the child come December you are obviously a long way away from the child being able to get a visa. Is the Father on board with this? .
  16. It is not numerically capped Manilla 18m to 2 years.
  17. I agree there is nothing that is foolproof but sometimes you shake your head.

  19. Yes that bit is true If you are thinking of the film overall a lot of it was a long way from the truth
