  1. It seems the ADIT stamp would meet your needs. And sounds like you need to file a new I 90.
  2. You can never be certain but I doubt ESTA will be impacted. If in the future you do decide to marry then yes you are looking at filing an I 130 and maybe 18 months.
  3. There is no national timelines for N400, they can vary significantly by office and how busy they are.
  4. The more petitions the better especially when dealing with long processing times.
  5. South African citizens under the age of 18 years are exempt and do not require to apply for dual citizenship, as long as they acquire the foreign citizenship before their 18th birthday. They automatically retain their South African citizenship for life unless, once they have reached the age of 18 years and they then wish to acquire a further foreign citizenship, they will then have to apply for prior permission to retain their South African citizenship. Failing to do so, they will automatically lose their South African citizenship. https://www.sahc.org.au/citizenship/Dual_Citizenship.htm

  7. Can I move my UK pension to USA? Unlike in many other countries, there is no legal mechanism for transferring UK pension funds to the USA, in recent years many holders of UK pension schemes have transferred their funds using what was then a QROPS and is now a ROPS (Recognised Overseas Pension Scheme) via an offshore location, typically Malta.
  8. You have gone past it.
  9. Long time since I looked at this but back then I think it was a million plus. I will remember the acronym and look it up.
  10. There was someone on here from Cabo, very small Consulate and it can take time. COVID is no longer a real issue, lots of other reasons.
  11. I used to know this stuff and I doubt anything has changed. There is a sort of route, well if there is a lot of money involved.
  12. You would have no basis to stat legally in the US.
  13. Tell the truth
  14. She does not object to conditions being removed.
  15. Russia is trying to recruit foreign migrants, detained in a recent sweep at its border with Finland, for its war in Ukraine. The BBC has seen evidence of several cases in which foreigners were rushed into a military camp on the border with Ukraine, days after they were picked up for breaching immigration laws. The practice of coercing people in pre-deportation detention centres to sign contracts for army service in Ukraine is not new, but the numbers swelled as foreign migrants arrived at Russia's 1,340-km (833-mile) border with Finland. Finland temporarily closed all eight of its Russian border crossings, accusing Moscow of channelling migrants and asylum seekers there as part of a destabilisation campaign after the government in Helsinki joined Nato earlier this year. Analysis of court hearings in Karelia, one of three Russian regions bordering Finland, showed that in the past three weeks, 236 people were arrested for staying in Russia without valid visas, destined for deportation. The picture was similar in the other two border regions of Leningrad and Murmansk. https://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-67647379 Now another story which has Intersectionality at its core.
  16. Probably the most common scenario seen here for a couple to be separated is where one spouse is deployed. The other ones I see are where they are studying in different parts of the Country, where one has to work away from home. In such cases you need to keep records of how they continue to communicate, spend time with each other etc etc. Now the impression you have given is that none of this apply, admittedly you have been vague about the actual situation.
